THE ROLE OF NATURE IN HUMAN LIFE

Nature plays a vital role in human life. It provides all the basic needs required for survival, such as air, water, food, and shelter. Humans depend on nature from the moment they are born until the end of their lives. Without nature, life on Earth would not exist.

Nature supplies us with fresh air through trees and plants, which helps us breathe and stay healthy. Rivers, lakes, and rain provide water for drinking, farming, and daily activities. The soil helps us grow crops and produce food. Forests give us wood, medicine, and many other useful resources that support human life.

Apart from physical needs, nature also supports our mental and emotional well-being. Natural surroundings reduce stress and bring peace to our minds. The beauty of green forests, blue oceans, and colourful flowers makes people feel relaxed and happy. Spending time in nature helps humans connect with themselves and live a balanced life.

Nature also teaches important lessons to human beings. It shows the value of patience, balance, and harmony. The change of seasons reminds us that change is a natural part of life. Animals and plants depend on each other, teaching humans the importance of cooperation and coexistence.

However, human activities such as pollution, deforestation, and overuse of natural resources are harming nature. If nature is destroyed, human life will also be affected. Therefore, it is our responsibility to protect and preserve nature. By caring for nature, we can ensure a healthy and sustainable future for all living beings.
